看文獻上似乎variable比quick focus好，光斑小 ，而我設(shè)計的時候發(fā)現(xiàn)用quick focus出來的光斑更小，所以該如何運用variable，marginal ray height 和quick focus阿，到底用哪個好些？謝謝了。

用于優(yōu)化還是象質(zhì)評價？

不懂啊，優(yōu)化不就是為了獲得高像質(zhì)嗎？

有兩點：

1. 什么叫做高像質(zhì)？是小的spot size，還是高的MTF？這決定了你的評價方式和優(yōu)化目標 XdE|7=+s  
2.  variable，marginal ray height 和quick focus都可用于優(yōu)化或像質(zhì)評價，但不同的要求就需要用不同的方式。當你明確了第一點后第二點就好解決了。

Marginal Ray height => when Pupil Zone setting is 0, you are focus on paraxial focal plane; useful when your system is close to paraxial region. If Pupil Zone is not 0 real ray tracing is used, In general, it' risky to use this option as you only use marginal ray to determine where you focal plane is going to be. G$jw#a[L

quick focus: this is take you to the location where RMS Spot Size is minimum. ;e
