光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的影響,討論無熱設(shè)計(jì)方法。采用溫度熱膨脹系數(shù)和光線追跡分析溫度變化對光學(xué)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的影響及成像質(zhì)量的變化。研究表明,溫度對光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的影響是明顯的,無熱設(shè)計(jì)是可行的。溫度的熱效率不可忽視,利用
熱效應(yīng)分析光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)軟件可對光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的熱效應(yīng)進(jìn)行有效分析。

Abstract:Tostudy the effects of thetemperature variation on the optical system,and discuss the method of athermalisation,the effects were analyzed byusing the coefficient of thermal expansion and with themethod of raytracing. The thermal effects is distinct, however thermalisationisfeasible. The thermal effects can not be ignored and the analysis ofthe effects can becompleted with the method presented.
