各位大俠，我想模擬干涉儀，弄好光路后，發(fā)現(xiàn)平面的不規(guī)則度不知在哪里設(shè)置，比如λ/10的不規(guī)則度能模擬嗎，或者有其他的軟件能夠模擬這個(gè)的教下我。。。

看來(lái)真不能了，公差分析只是在序列里面，況且他只起分析作用，沒感覺能具體模擬用的 nT;Rwz$3
