利用zemax采用幾何光學(xué)模擬半導(dǎo)體激光器，要求將半導(dǎo)體激光器的橢圓光斑整形為圓形光斑，并且準(zhǔn)直。準(zhǔn)直的話 評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù)可以采用出射光線的角度，但是要將橢圓的光斑的整形為圓形的光斑，也就是X軸與Y軸的光斑半徑相等，不知道評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù)要采用哪一個(gè)，嘗試過REAY光線的坐標(biāo)，但是感覺不理想，有知道的童鞋，麻煩告知一下

I think you will need both ANAR (for collimation) + REAY (for radius in directions). If you wish to use geometric optics as an approximation. Once this this done, better check with POP.
