Object Properties > Birefringent tab, this is propably you are looking for

You need the latest release of ZEMAX to have this feature; it is a recent implmented feature, if your ZEMAX does not support it, you will need to use birefriengent in/out surface. there is one example in this folder Samples\Sequential\Birefringent prisms, you may take a look. y" RF;KW>
