求助zemax中文手冊(cè)中的一句話
中文手冊(cè)中第8張分析菜單中關(guān)于MTF介紹有這么一句話“因?yàn)閦emax不考慮矢量衍射，MTF 數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)大于F/1.5的系統(tǒng)是不準(zhǔn)確的（精度的衰退變化是逐步的）”，對(duì)照英文手冊(cè)，在這一節(jié)沒有相應(yīng)對(duì)照部分，不過在PSF的介紹中找到一條線索“For most lenses, a less important assumption is that scalar diffraction theory applies. The vectorial nature of the light is not accounted for. This is significant in systems that are very fast, around F/1.5 (in air) or faster. The scalar theory predicts overly optimistic (a smaller PSF) results when the F/# is very fast.”。 0t <nH%N}^
關(guān)于書上這兩點(diǎn)有幾點(diǎn)疑問， g68p9#G
1.中文部分說MTF對(duì)F數(shù)大于1.5的系統(tǒng)不準(zhǔn)確，據(jù)我所知，小F數(shù)下標(biāo)量衍射就不準(zhǔn)確了，zemax基于標(biāo)量衍射，為什么它說是大于1.5不準(zhǔn)確呢？ 2B,O/3y
