• Bachelor or master degree education, preferably in Physics, Optics, or Optical Engineering ^~ 95q0hq:  
• capability to design optical (sub)systems for products of Philips Lighting: lenses, collimators, light-engines, reflectors, including color-dependencies therein. _Se0,Uns  
• capability to evaluate, judge and/or re-engineer optical systems designed by others, within the relevant field zwLJ|>  
• Capability to select right material for optical purpose K:<j=j@51  
• Capability to judge the manufacturability of optical design and follow up with supplier to make that ] I&l0Fx  
• experience with optical simulation tools, in particular in the non-imaging optics area, like ASAP, LightTools, Tracepro or Zemax Non-Sequential, are preferred uZ1b_e0SGu
