=( ZOn=IL 摘要:高質(zhì)量的透射光學(xué)系統(tǒng)對(duì)光學(xué)材料的光學(xué)均勻性要求非常高,材料局部折射率10-6量級(jí)的變化就可能破壞整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的性能。詳細(xì)介紹了三種用于測(cè)量光學(xué)玻璃光學(xué)均勻性的干涉法,研制了一臺(tái)高精度光學(xué)玻璃材料光學(xué)均勻性測(cè)量?jī)x。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:40mm左右厚的光學(xué)玻璃材料的光學(xué)均勻性檢測(cè)精度可達(dá)1×10-6。

Local changes in the refractive index of the order of 10-6 will detect the adequate performance of the whole system. In this paper, we describe three optical interference methods to measure the homogeneity of optical glass, a high accuracy apparatus for testing the homogeneity of optical glass is developed, and the test result shows the measurement error is less than 1×10-6.
